Simple. 60% of the subscription revenue goes to you, 40% comes to me. You receive a clear monthly statement showing exactly what came in and what gets paid to each party. My 40% only ever applies to the new recurring subscription revenue we generate together. Nothing else.
Not a cent. Every dollar your high-ticket business generates stays 100% yours. The revenue share only applies to the subscription layer we build together, which is brand new money your business wasn't capturing before. Your existing revenue model is completely untouched.
That revenue is yours entirely. If someone enters the subscription floor and later decides to invest in your high-ticket program, you keep 100% of that sale. I take nothing from ascension revenue, which means the better the floor performs at pre-selling your audience, the more your high-ticket business benefits at zero additional cost to you.
Everything. The funnel, the checkout, the automations, the email onboarding sequences, the promotional launch campaign to your existing database, the advertising creative, and the ongoing retargeting ad management. You review, you approve, you show up for your clients. I handle the rest.
You fund the ad spend and I manage the campaigns. We only run retargeting ads to your warm existing audience, which are the lowest cost, highest intent campaigns possible and they don't require large budgets to be effective.
I don't take on partnerships I'm not confident in. The selection process exists specifically to make sure the fundamentals are in place before I invest my time and energy into a build. That said, if the subscription layer genuinely doesn't generate subscribers, I continue working for free until we get the result.
It won't touch it. The subscription layer sits alongside your existing business, not inside it. Your high-ticket clients, your programs, your pricing, none of it changes. We're simply building a second door for the people who weren't ready to walk through the first one yet.
The complete build is typically delivered and launched within 30 days of the partnership starting. From day one we move fast, and most of our partners start seeing their first subscribers come through well before the 30 days is up.
